Job Title: Front Sales – Design and Development, Ecommerce

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive (Design and Development, Ecommerce) (2+ years’ experience) to convert inbound leads, pitch custom digital solutions, and drive revenue growth for our design, development, and e-commerce service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and RFPs for web development and e-commerce projects.
• Discovery & Pitching: Conduct discovery calls to assess client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience selling digital agency services, web development, or e-commerce solutions.
• Technical Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of web development workflows and e-commerce frameworks (Shopify, Woo Commerce).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and target-driven sales execution.
