Front Sales Executive - Design Campaign

BuilderLake is a US-based web development agency helping small businesses across the United States build websites that generate real leads and revenue. We run performance marketing campaigns that bring in a steady stream of inbound Meta leads, and we're looking for a closer who can turn those conversations into signed clients.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Make outbound calls and follow-up texts/emails to qualify and nurture leads
• Understand each prospect's business needs and present the right solution
• Close deals and collect deposits/payments to move projects into production
• Maintain consistent, organized follow-up on every lead in the pipeline
• Report daily/weekly on call volume, conversion rates, and closed deals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a closing role (not just lead generation)
• Prior experience handling Meta/Facebook lead form leads specifically
• Strong spoken English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent for US clients
• Confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections and negotiating price
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during US night shift hours
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation

• Base salary: PKR 80,000 – 125,000/month (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission on every closed deal
• Full-time role with growth potential as the company scales

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
