About the role

Front Service Supervisor for a European restaurant. You will provide professional customer care, take orders, recommend menu items, and drive sales. You will operate the cashier system, open and close bills, and manage front-of-house operations comprehensively from greeting guests through to payment and bill closure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer care and service
• Take customer orders and recommend menu items
• Drive sales and meet sales targets
• Operate cashier system, open and close bills
• Manage front-of-house operations end-to-end
• Handle on-the-spot problem resolution independently
• Run front-of-house operations solo with full confidence and capability
• Participate in social activities and contribute to restaurant content and atmosphere
• Lead and work as part of a team
• Grow with the brand

About you

• Service-minded with a positive attitude toward service work
• Experience in European restaurants or premium/high-end dining establishments
• Good personality, polite, confident, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Able to handle customer care, take orders, recommend menus, and generate sales
• Proficient with cashier operations, bill opening and closing, and comprehensive front-of-house management
• Able to resolve situations independently and take responsibility
• Confident and capable of running front-of-house operations solo end-to-end
• Enjoy social activities and creating atmosphere; ready to participate in restaurant content
• Leadership capability, teamwork orientation, and readiness to grow with the brand
