Front Service Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests.
• Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other service-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Customer service or F&B experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers/team members, if genuinely necessary for the job.
