ABOUT THE ROLE

The Front Services Attendant will bring the Amara experience to life by creating exceptional first and last impressions by delivering welcoming, attentive, and personalized service throughout each resident's, members’, and guest's arrival and departure experience. Anticipation, professionalism, and genuine hospitality should be exhibited at all times to create a cohesive and service-driven team. From the Clubhouse drive, you will provide valet services, assist with golf bags and personal belongings, and coordinate vehicle services to include parking, retrieval, and golf cart preparation. Working collaboratively with Golf Operations, Membership Services, and Hospitality, you will help ensure every arrival and departure reflects the warmth, elegance, and exceptional service that defines the Amara experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) or more years of experience in hospitality, valet, golf operations, guest services, luxury service, or another customer-focused environment preferred.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and the ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality with a genuine desire to build relationships and create memorable experiences for residents, members, and guests.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain professional, courteous, and composed while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to support Club operations.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations or a willingness to learn golf terminology, equipment handling, and luxury service standards.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
