Front Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Staff member to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage guest seating efficiently using reservation systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including handling cash and credit transactions
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment to ensure guest comfort and safety
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, bartender, or front desk staff is preferred but not required; culinary or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly and confidently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards
• Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
