Whether taking orders at the front counter or assisting in food preparation, your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences for all.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare food items efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation tasks.
• Manage customer transactions at the cash register, including processing cash, credit card payments, and handling cash handling duties with accuracy.
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, organizing supplies, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
• Assist in food handling, serving, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers both at the counter and in the dining area.
• Support retail sales transactions when applicable, contributing to overall revenue goals.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation and food industry standards is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales accurately.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00 - $28.74 per hour
