We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced team setting and are passionate about creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare drinks, desserts, and menu items according to Dessert 39 standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all products.
• Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, bakery items, and display cases throughout the shift.
• Keep the café and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Work efficiently during busy rush periods while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Be able to work minimum 6 months.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and recipes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance.
