Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as TOAST or CAKE POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately
• Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently, processing payments accurately while providing excellent guest relations
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through timely bussing and sanitation practices
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring compliance with health regulations in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Previous food service experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with POS systems such as Cake POS is essential for efficient order processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience working in nightclubs or similar nightlife venues is a plus but not required

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
