Frontdesk Admin

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Support Admin to manage our reception, handle customer transactions, and support daily administrative operations. You will be the face of our company for walk-in customers and must possess a strong understanding of our product offerings to provide excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers, handle enquiries, and maintain deep knowledge of company products
• Generate invoices, email monthly invoices to clients, and perform daily sales cash counting
• Manage company emails via Outlook, answer phone calls, and assist with general office filing
• Ensure the front office runs smoothly and coordinate daily incoming/outgoing mail
• Make sure stationeries are always available

About you

• Fluency in 2 Languages is preferred to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook is required

• Strong numerical skills for cash counting

• Attention to detail for invoicing

• Eager attitude to learn products

• Previous experience in reception, retail, or a basic accounting/clerical role is highly advantageous

  Working Hours (5.5 Days / Week)
  Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Enjoy 2 Saturdays off per month)
