About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Frontdesk professional to join our team at Lyvin Clinic' in Johor Bahru Johor. As the first point of contact for our patients, this full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Customer service, Handling patient inquiries , bookings and appointment scheduling
3. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical databases
4. Providing general administrative support, including photocopying, filing and data entry
5. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
6. Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the clinic operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar front desk or reception role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients in a warm and professional manner
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
4. Proficient in using office equipment and computer software applications such as Microsoft Office
5. A friendly, patient and empathetic disposition to handle inquiries and requests from patients
6. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new processes and systems within a growing healthcare organisation
