Frontend Developer / Backend Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Developer / Backend Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable web applications and software solutions. The role involves working closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other technical teams to transform business and technical requirements into high-quality digital products.

Frontend responsibilities include developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces, implementing designs, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices. The role also involves improving usability, accessibility, and overall user experience while maintaining clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Backend responsibilities include designing and developing server-side applications, APIs, databases, and system integrations. The role involves implementing business logic, managing data processing, optimizing system performance, and ensuring application security, reliability, and scalability. Developers will also participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, deployment, and continuous improvement of software systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, PHP, or similar.
• Frontend knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Backend knowledge of server-side development, RESTful APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and database design concepts.
• Understanding of Git, version control, software testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and scalable application architecture is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong attention to code quality, maintainability, and development best practices.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in learning new technologies and continuously improving software solutions.
