Frontend Developer

Job Title: Front-End Developer**Job Overview:**We are looking for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-facing features, optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability, and translating UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. You will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides to define how the application looks as well as how it works.
Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate visual designs and wireframes (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
• Responsive Development: Build mobile-first, highly responsive web interfaces that perform seamlessly across major browsers and devices.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application code, assets, and rendering speeds for maximum efficiency and core web vitals performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define, design, and deliver new user experience features.
• State & Data Management: Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs or GraphQL web services.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and implement unit or end-to-end tests to ensure browser compatibility and bug-free delivery.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in front-end software development.
• Core Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Frameworks & Libraries: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• CSS & Styling: Experience with modern CSS tooling (Tailwind CSS, SASS/LESS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components).
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Web Performance & Accessibility: Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, responsive web design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG / ADA compliance).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with backend technologies or Node.js environments.
• Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or Pinia).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify, or AWS).

Pay: Rs34,020.99 - Rs50,000.82 per month
