Position: Frontend Developer

Working days: Sunday to Thursday

Location: Lahore Only

Full Time Onsite Role

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend features across merchant web applications, POS applications, e-commerce storefronts, and payment/checkout interfaces
• Develop web application pages using ASP.NET MVC Razor views, jQuery, and client-side templates
• Build and enhance POS applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Translate Figma designs into accurate, responsive, and consistent production-ready interfaces
• Implement and maintain UI components in line with established design systems
• Apply UI/UX best practices across usability, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency, and accessibility
• Identify and raise usability, design, and interaction issues before implementation and release
• Build responsive, cross-browser interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Develop and maintain bilingual interfaces supporting Arabic RTL and English LTR layouts
• Integrate REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend engineers on frontend/backend integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, browser, responsiveness, and API integration issues before releases
• Use browser DevTools and frontend debugging techniques to diagnose and resolve issues
• Build reusable frontend components, templates, and utilities to improve development consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver features within release timelines
• Maintain frontend documentation and contribute to coding standards and development best practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript skills
• Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser web development
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency, and accessibility
• Strong working knowledge of jQuery, Bootstrap, npm packages, and browser DevTools
• Hands-on experience with server-rendered views, preferably ASP.NET MVC Razor
• Experience with client-side templating frameworks/libraries, such as Handlebars
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend development teams
• Proven experience building RTL interfaces, preferably Arabic, alongside LTR English interfaces
• Experience converting Figma designs into accurate and consistent frontend implementations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Git and modern frontend development workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile/product development environment
• Experience using AI-assisted developer tooling, including LLMs, coding copilots, and/or similar productivity tools
