Frontend Developer Next.Js/React

We’re looking for a Frontend who focuses on improving software design, collaborating with their peers, and effectively communicating with other representatives of the business.

The Engineer will create, test, and evaluate software applications and systems to make them function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business.

This position requires hands-on experience in Next.Js, React, Typescript, and SCSS mainly .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

• Teamwork, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Next.Js.
• Test software applications and systems.
• Apply knowledge of computing systems and software structure.
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation.
• Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions including algorithms that tell computers what to do.
• Proven knowledge using UI/UX tools like Figma
• Accessibility - WCAG, accessibility standards, or semantic HTML
• Proven experience using (GitLab, Github Actions) to implement/maintain CI/CD development pipelines
• Construct, deploy, and maintain general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Design and implement system security and data assurance.
• Provide support and guidance for peer programmers, as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with software testers.
• Ability to organize and maintain flexibility.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
• Implement best practices in SW development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Minimum Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering.
• 5 +years of experience in Front end development.
• Experience working with Agile teams.
• Proven experience as a Frontend developer with experience in Next.Js focusing in SSR/SSG/ISR strategy and image optimization, Typescript and React.
• Experience with SCSS is preferred but HTML5, CSS3, and LESS are also acceptable.
• Experience calling web APIs. REST is fine, GraphQL is even better.
• Experience mocking/testing API integrations on the frontend

Nice to have:

• Java knowledge, MongoDB, document DB experience,
• Adobe CMS & AEM experience
