Frontend Developer Team Lead

Your main responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Frontend Developers, fostering both technical growth and professional development.
• Drive the frontend architecture and ensure the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
• Participate in technical planning, sprint activities, and roadmap discussions.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and promote development best practices within the team.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the implementation of responsive, cross-browser, and cross-platform user interfaces.
• Identify technical challenges and proactively propose practical, innovative solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Provide realistic effort estimations and contribute to project planning.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution when required.
• Drive continuous improvements in frontend development processes, tools, and standards.

Professional requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Good knowledge of the PixiJS framework.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
• Experience working in distributed or international teams.
