Frontend Programmer (AI Team) CPII2026-012

Are you passionate about building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that bring cutting-edge AI technology to life? We’re looking for a talented Frontend Programmer to help us shape the future of AI-driven productivity tools.

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces for the CPII Meeting Assistant and CPII ChatDoc Master
• Create seamless Windows application frontends to deliver desktop experiences for our users
• Work closely with chief engineer, AI researchers, UI/ UX designers, and backend developers to bring these innovative tools from concept to reality
• Build interactive features, such as real-time speech visualization and document chat interfaces, that delight and empower users
• Provide demos, guides, and training to end-users to ensure they get the most out of our products

Requirements

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Artificial Intelligence, Information Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in frontend development with a solid grasp of the software development life cycle
• Passionate about transforming cutting-edge AI research into real-world products
• Web Development Skills: Experienced in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like Vue.js (or similar, e.g., React, Angular)
• Windows Development Skills (Optional):  Knowledge in C# and WPF; bonus points for C++ knowledge
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with backend tools (e.g., Python, FastAPI, WebSocket, MySQL, MongoDB) or AI integration
• Candidates with a Master's degree and strong relevant experience may also be considered
