Responsibilities

• Own the frontend technology roadmap, architecture, and engineering standards.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of frontend engineers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of key products and frontend initiatives.
• Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend systems using React.js.
• Drive technical decisions around architecture, performance, security, and developer experience.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and engineering processes.
• Partner closely with product, design, backend, and business teams to define and deliver product experiences.
• Review code, provide technical direction, and raise the overall engineering quality of the team.
• Own production reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of frontend applications.
