Frontier Account Manager (Spanish Required)

Newbern Management is looking for a motivated entry-level Bilingual Frontier Account Manager to join our team in Grand Prairie and the neighboring greater Dallas region. As a Bilingual Frontier Account Manager, you’ll represent Frontier products and services, connect directly with customers, and support the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team while developing practical skills in customer service, communication, and sales as an entry-level professional.

What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Frontier Account Manager:

• Engage directly with customers to identify their needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals while developing entry-level sales skills
• Present product features, service options, promotions, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way while supporting the sales process
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive communication, follow-up, and reliable service while strengthening entry-level sales experience
• Guide customers through enrollment, account questions, and other service-related processes while gaining entry-level experience in sales and customer service
• Maintain accurate customer information while following company policies, procedures, and client guidelines in an entry-level sales environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals while contributing to a positive work environment and developing sales skills as an entry-level team member

What We’re Looking For in a Bilingual Frontier Account Manager:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and sales
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional setting and supporting sales conversations
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn in an entry-level sales role
• Organized with strong attention to detail and an interest in developing entry-level sales skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required for an entry-level Bilingual Frontier Account Manager
