TTN Talent

Do you have recent experience at a frontier AI lab or leading AI data / post-training company?

Have you been a hands-on contributor on the critical path of reinforcement learning or post-training work, rather than only applying models downstream?

Have you built RL environments, tasks, benchmarks, evaluations or post-training datasets?

Do you have hands-on experience running SFT or reinforcement learning experiments and measuring their impact on model behaviour?

Are you excited by the opportunity to join a founding team and help build a research function from scratch?

If the above sounds like you, then this confidential role could be the one for you.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage AI company as a founding Research Engineer - you'll own projects end to end and have significant influence over the research direction as the company grows. Salary is up to $400K + equity.
