工作職責：
l 管理及協調各分店日常營運，人手安排及庫存等
l 領導團隊完成公司目標，包括監督，培訓及不斷提升團隊表現
l 監督及提升團隊工作表現
l 協助公司推廣療程及產品
l 處理銷售及營業相關工作
l 細心跟進顧客療程效果及進度，與客人建立並保持良好關係
l 根據公司訂立的生意指標，推動營業額以達至銷售目標
l 與顧客建立良好關係，提升顧客對公司品牌的信心度及忠誠度
入職要求：
l 具3年或以上醫學或美容護理經驗
l 有責任感，具團隊精神，能主動及積極配合
l 人誠實勤奮, 工作態度認真守時
l 良好銷售技巧及顧客服務態度
l 懂基本電腦操作及中文輸入法
