Frontline Service Associate (Temp)

• Provide frontline customer service and general administrative support.
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Handle billing matters and payment collection.
• Support the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic on a daily basis.
• Attend to patient enquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional manner.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable communicating and interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willing to take on ad-hoc duties and support operational requirements when needed.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
