Frontliner - Banking

• Process customer transactions accurately and in line with SOP.
• Handle priority transaction and ensure excellent service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information to customers and coordinate with relevant parties when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer information in the Bank's system.

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor's Degree (S1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the banking industry.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of motivation.
• Able to work efficiently in a team, under pressure, and tight reporting deadline.
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
