Frontliner

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing inbound leads via calls and chats (CRM, messengers, and email) — in close collaboration with our AI assistant, who pre-qualifies leads and handles part of the communication.
• Responding to new inquiries within 10 minutes to maximize conversion.
• Making frequent follow-up calls and maintaining active client communication.
• Monitoring AI conversations and taking over when human input is required.
• Working with the existing client database to reactivate warm leads.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of our Bali real estate developments, including key selling points, payment plans, and investment potential.
• Encouraging clients to book Zoom or in-office consultations with senior sales advisors.
• Maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM.

Qualifications:

• Fast learners with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (C1+) — required.
• Russian or Bahasa Indonesia language skills are a strong advantage.
• Passionate about sales and eager to build a career in Bali’s real estate sector.
• Experience in CRM systems, IP telephony, or real estate is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales preferred.
