FROZEN AND CHILLED SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Train associates, prepare work schedules, monitor attendance, evaluate performance, and conduct team briefings.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels based on required weekly supply, check receiving summaries, handle overstock with the buying team, and manage items subject to Return to Vendor (RTV).
• Quality & Temperature Control: Monitor temperatures of freezers and chillers (both point-of-sale boxes and overstock storage), coordinate maintenance repairs when needed, prevent damaged goods, and check expiration dates.
• Merchandising & Pricing: Ensure point-of-sale (POS) areas are clean and organized, check price changes, update signages, and make sure promotions are accurate.
