  • Investigate customer complaints and production non-conformities and recommend technical solutions.
  • Assist in developing methods to improve production efficiency, product quality and material utilization.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding resins, fiberglass, chemicals, dies, machinery and other technical materials.
  • Support die/tooling requirements, modifications and improvements for pultrusion production.
  • Ensure production processes comply with approved specifications, quality standards and company procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to Pultrusion Supervisors and Machine Operators.
  • Maintain technical records of machine settings, production trials, test results and process improvements.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with HSE requirements and safe chemical-handling procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in FRP/GRP, composites or pultrusion manufacturing.
