Duties

• Skillfully cut and prepare a variety of fresh fruits according to established recipes and standards, ensuring uniformity and presentation appeal
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards during handling, slicing, and storage of produce
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and other tools safely and effectively
• Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are sanitized regularly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation tasks and ensure timely service delivery
• Support menu planning by fulfilling custom orders needs

Experience

• Familiarity with food industry safety standards and food handling procedures
• Experience in restaurant or catering environments demonstrating strong knife skills and slicing techniques
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and recipe adherence in a fast-paced setting
• Background in food service or culinary roles that involve meal preparation and food presentation

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
