• Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold health regulations and ensure a clean working environment.
• Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination and waste.
• Support high-volume food production

Skills

• Proven experience as a cook with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Expertise in various cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and other culinary methods.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment safely.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while maintaining attention to detail.
