Duties

• Prepare a variety of fried menu items including chicken, fish, vegetables, and appetizers.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes meticulously.
• Manage high-volume food production during peak hours while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature using techniques like braising, poaching, grilling, and frying

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurant or catering service is highly desirable.
• Proven skills in food preparation including knife skills, cooking techniques like braising, poaching, grilling, and frying.
• Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments under pressure.
