Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fried menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to quality
• Operate fryers safely and efficiently while maintaining proper cooking temperatures
• Ensure all fried foods are prepared according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station and kitchen areas
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• Assist with prep work, stocking stations, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Fry Cook or line cook preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Passion for Southern cuisine and hospitality
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Flexible schedule is a plus
