Job Summary

Tattu London is looking for a reliable and hardworking Fry Cook to support the kitchen team. The role involves preparing and cooking fried menu items to the required quality standards, maintaining a clean workstation, and working efficiently during busy service periods.

Job Description

• Prepare ingredients and fried menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Operate fryers safely and monitor cooking times and temperatures.
• Ensure food is cooked consistently and presented to the required standard.
• Prepare cooking stations and ingredients before service.
• Monitor oil quality and follow proper kitchen procedures.
• Communicate with chefs and other kitchen team members during service.
• Maintain clean and sanitized cooking areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health-and-safety requirements.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and general kitchen duties.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fry Cook or Kitchen Assistant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: £17.00-£29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.0 per week
