What You’ll Do

• Cook burgers, tenders, and more to Swaggy’s standards.
• Prep ingredients and keep your station ready for service.
• Deliver great food with speed and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Help improve kitchen systems and build strong routines as we grow.
• Work as a team to create a kitchen culture everyone takes pride in.

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant kitchen experience preferred, but a great attitude goes a long way.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to hustle.
• Takes pride in food quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Open to learning new systems, sharing ideas, and doing things the right way.
• A team player who wants to be part of building something new—not just clocking in and out.
