Position Summary

The Mobile Fryer Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing mobile fryer filtration and cleaning services to commercial kitchen customers on an established route. This role involves safely and efficiently operating a service van, utilizing a Mobile Filtration Unit (MFU), and managing related equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Service Delivery

• Training & Proficiency: Successfully complete all hands-on training to demonstrate required technical and operational skills.
• Service Performance: Execute all aspects of FiltaFry (microfiltration) and FiltaClean (deep cleaning) services according to standardized procedures.
• Account Management: Follow established schedules and operate MFUs with efficiency and precision.
• Equipment Care: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service van and report any maintenance issues for the vehicle or equipment promptly.

Safety, Compliance & Records

• Safety Protocols: Utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to safety policies to maintain brand standards.
• Documentation: Log detailed client notes after each visit using a smartphone-based service application.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate invoices, time cards, and service reports; immediately report any accidents or spills to supervisors.

Communication & Collaboration

• Customer Service: Address customer concerns professionally and conduct service demonstrations for kitchen staff as needed.
• Team Coordination: Communicate field updates to the office, including changes in client operations or potential safety hazards.

Education & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (encouraged).
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Experience: 2+ years of service-related experience is preferred.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled commercial kitchen environments.
• Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to read maps and use smartphone technology for daily job logging.
• Work Style: Disciplined ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong customer service mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr - $25/hr

Please note: $18/hour is the rate during 2-week training, and 20.00-$25.00/hr is the post training rates based on experience

Working Hours

Morning

• 4:00 am - 12:00pm

• Weekly work hours will be 40 hours but sometimes vary between 32 to 40 hours.
