Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fried foods with precision, maintaining quality and consistency in every dish
• Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and safety guidelines to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including fryer stations and food prep zones
• Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and delivering food with a positive attitude
• Follow all food safety protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with additional food prep or serving tasks
• Monitor fryer equipment for proper operation, reporting any issues immediately to ensure safety and efficiency

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Familiarity with cooking techniques, especially frying, is a plus
• Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment enhances your ability to thrive in this role
• Knowledge of food safety practices ensures compliance with health regulations
