What they need
About the role
We're looking for a Fry/Grill Cook to join our kitchen team at Casie's in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food according to recipe, quality, and presentation standards
- Operate and maintain fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper cooking temperatures, portioning, and plating
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen hygiene
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Work on weekends and holidays as required
About you
- At least 1 year of experience in Fry/Grill or similar kitchen position preferred
- Experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in frying, grilling, and proper food preparation techniques
- Able to properly operate and maintain fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment
- No health issues and able to stand for extended periods
- Hardworking, reliable, disciplined, and a team player
- Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
- Preferably residing in or near San Fernando, Pampanga
