Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fry/Grill Cook to join our team. The Fry Cook will work closely with the owners and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook a variety of fried menu items to perfection
• Operate fryers safely and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cooking station
• Follow recipes and ensure food meets quality and temperature standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
• Closing procedure: clean and restocking station, sweep, mop, dishwashing, etc

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of frying, grill techniques and food safety practices
• Comfortable using kitchen tools like fryers, hot grill, and knives
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• A passion for food, teamwork, and bringing good vibes to every shift
