JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented Kitchen Crew members to join our growing CHICKBON team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook CHICKBON’s fried and grilled boneless chicken according to company recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure consistent food quality, proper cooking temperatures, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Operate and maintain fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor cooking times, food temperatures, and product freshness.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory monitoring, and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Minimize food waste and prevent overcooking, undercooking, and improper handling.
• Coordinate with assemblers, dispatchers, and other kitchen team members to ensure fast and accurate order preparation.
• Follow instructions from the Team Leader and Shift Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with experience in a restaurant, fast-food, or kitchen environment.
• Experience in frying or grilling is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo training and follow standardized kitchen procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work under pressure, especially during peak hours.
• Clean, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
