We are looking for a FS Admin Coordinator to join our team and contribute to building a more sustainable future.

The position is temporary (6 months), and the preferred location for this position is in Gdańsk , Poland with a hybrid work model.

What will you be doing? As an FS Admin Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing work cards, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

• FCISB process control.
• Ensuring on-time invoicing for our 2-stroke business.
• CCS manual invoicing.
• Supporting FS Coordinators when needed.
• Reviewing travel reports.

The below will enable you to succeed in this role:

• M. Sc. or B. Sc. in relevant educational field.
• Knowledge of and experience with our Parts and Field Service business unit.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks.
• Experience of working in SAP.
• A good eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
