As an FS Management Consultant at BMT Consulting, you'll work directly with clients on various projects, from enhancing operational efficiency to integrating new business units or innovating our pensions. You'll play a pivotal role in managing small, dedicated teams, ensuring the successful delivery of each assignment.

Our projects are challenging, but the work is deeply rewarding. You'll operate in Business Analysis and Design roles, bringing FS knowledge to the table and making a tangible difference.

Job Requirements

Who Are You?

• Bachelor or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• A natural coach who inspires and uplifts team members
