FS Regulatory Associate

A leading global law firm based in Dubai is seeking a Financial Service Regulatory Lawyer with 3-5 years' experience in a magic/silver circle law firm, working on financial services regulatory matters for their Dubai office. This hire is to specifically support the financial services regulatory product offering. The practice may be subdivided into three parts: (i) freestanding contentious and non-contentious regulatory advice; (ii) transaction support (predominantly fund establishment and corporate support) and (iii) legislative drafting. Experience of working with a local or international regulator would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have some of the following experience/knowledge: Regulatory licensing Fund/asset management Asset management distribution models Payment services and fintech Markets and investment services Compliance (conduct of business and prudential is preferred) Banking products
