Job Description: FSL Architect
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FSL (Field Service Lightning) Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service architecture and solution blueprints.
- Lead configuration and customization of Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Mobile solutions.
- Define integration strategies with Salesforce and external systems.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of scheduling optimization, resource management, and mobile field operations.
- Excellent solution design, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
