What you'll do:

A. Operational Quality & Food Safety Checks

• Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections across operational facilities, including central kitchens, dark stores, and logistics and delivery hubs.
• Verify appropriate storage conditions for raw materials and finished products, including temperature, humidity, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Monitor adherence to Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including personnel hygiene, facility cleanliness, and pest control.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report product inspection and analytical results, promptly escalating any out-of-specification or non-compliant findings.

B. Delivery & Logistics Safety

• Conduct routine inspections of delivery vehicles and equipment to verify cleanliness, temperature control, and suitability for safe food transportation.
• Inspect driver food-handling practices to ensure compliance with last-mile food safety and quality standards.
• Verify cold chain compliance across logistics operations and report any deviations requiring corrective action.

C. Documentation, Monitoring & Reporting

• Accurately document inspection findings, deviations, and non-conformities using standardized reporting tools and templates.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in conducting basic root cause analysis and following up on corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
• Monitor and record Critical Control Points (CCPs) as defined in the HACCP plan, including cooking, chilling, and holding temperatures.
• Maintain accurate food safety and quality records to support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Promptly report food safety risks, product discrepancies, and non-compliant results to the relevant team for appropriate action.

What you’ll need:

• 2–3 years in Food Safety/Quality Inspection, Auditing, or relevant operational roles (e.g., Food Handling, Hygiene Control).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. HACCP Level 2/3 certification is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information and respond to questions from customers, managers or the general publics
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management and prioritization to achieve results
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to react quickly to changing requirements
• Laboratory Analysis
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
