Position: FSQA Manager
Location: Lakeland, FL area
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or Engineering discipline.
- PCQI certified or SQF Practitioner with at least 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Sanitation, Pest Control, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, SQF, BRC, USDA, FDA, GFSI, Non-GMO, Halal, and Kosher.
- Oversee QA testing for all Production and Packaging lines. Manage 3rd party Audits and Laboratories. Enforce strict Sanitation and Allergen controls.
- Review, Investigate and resolve Customer complaints by conducting Root-Cause analysis and immediately implementing sustainable Corrective Actions.
- Provide employee training for Quality compliance of AIB, GMP, BRC, SQF, HACCP and Food Quality Safety.
- Implement Traceability and Mock Recall procedures and practices.
Compensation Salary
Salary Range $100,000 - $140,000
