FSQA Manager

We are partnering with an established meat processing company in the USA to identify an experienced FSQA Manager to lead food safety and quality operations within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced FSQA professional with a strong background in meat processing, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food safety and quality assurance activities across the facility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's FSQA team.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FSIS, HACCP, SSOP, and relevant food safety regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits, inspections, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve product quality and operational performance.
• Drive a strong food safety culture throughout the facility.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have previous FSQA experience within Poultry, Pork, or Beef processing.
• Proven experience leading FSQA teams within a meat processing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of USDA/FSIS regulations, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory inspections, and corrective action programs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality performance.
