该职位来源于猎聘 The main job objective is to provide consulting advice and service to clients to support the varying needs in improving finance function including financial transformation strategy, FSSC, financial processes improvement, financial organization re-design, accounting standard and other financial advisory related to processes and accounting.

Requirements Requirements： -Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years'(for Mgr) / 3 years’ (for SA) working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting firm taking a leading role in project delivery. -Strong business acumen, with rich experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

• Financial transformation from strategy to implementation; -Finance Shared services and outsourcing solution, including both design and system implementation; -Operations and process improvement; -CAS/IFRS accounting standards; -RPA; -Other financial transformation related service; -Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT and other generative AI. -Experience in the operations, implementation or as a "super-user" of Accounting/ERP/finance shared service systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages including R or Python, and hands-on experience with RPA/AI tools is a plus. -Experience working in Big-4 firms or other global consulting firm is a plus. -Demonstrated trusted advisor with in-depth understanding of the industry and market.
• Demonstrated key subject matter expert with the ability to develop thought leadership and deliver solutions for clients. -Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships. -Proven capabilities in delivering business transformation projects and programs. -Ability to direct high-performing teams across the organization through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. -Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. -Willing to travel within region for projects.
