Job Descriptions

• Charge Nurse – Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician orders, and accurately record all care provided; provide instruction/supervision for CNAs, and update their assignment sheets as needed; perform comprehensive assessments of residents, and document and notify physician and family of change in conditions; complete updates as ordered i.e., labs, weights, blood sugars, vital signs etc.; listen to resident/family concerns and initiate corrective action or report to supervisor, as applicable; check meal trays and nourishment to ensure proper diet served; wound care, as needed; educate staff as directed by Director of Nursing; give input to residents’ plan of care; initiate investigations of incidents/accidents; other duties as may be assigned.

Rate of Pay Breakdown:

F/T & P/T RN Nights : Up to $43.00/hr

F/T & P/T LPN Nights: Up to 35.65/hr

F/T & P/T Positions Available:

F/T Nights:

• 12hr shift
• Long-term Care Unit.

F/T Nights:

• 12hr shift.
• Short-Term Rehab/Skilled Unit.

P/T Nights

• 12hr shift
• Monday/Wednesday
