FT Assistant Operations Manager (AOM)

We are hiring a salaried full-time AOM and a part-time hourly.

At a high level, what we need from you:

• Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage and perform closing duties of the store
• Assisting in maintaining appropriate shift coverage
• Protect team members and guests by providing a safe and clean store environment – exceeding all health department standards
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all standards set by ownership (e.g. serving firm/fresh custard)
• Professional approach to work with openness to learning new things and accepting feedback
• Communicate with potential applicants, interview, onboard, and train all new team members
• Perform inventory counts and product stock management

Necessities:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work various shifts each week
• 3+ years of work experience required
• 1+ years of management experience required
• Food service/QSR experience preferred but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
