Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med-Tech to join our team in an assisted living environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical and personal care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being during the 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Med-Tech in an assisted living or similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid certification or licensure as required by state regulations.

Shift Details

This position covers the following shifts:

• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
