JOB SUMMARY

The FTTH Project Coordinator supports management teams throughout the Outside Plant construction project lifecycle by organizing, tracking, monitoring, and coordinating project resources and activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive tasks to completion by following up with stakeholders, tracking, and reporting

· Drive permitting and high-pressure gas line crossings with Letters of No Objection or “LONO’s”

· Manage meetings and resource schedules

· Organize and perform any required project data gathering, KPI, metrics, and reports

· Manage data sets and file systems

· Assist with schedules and forecasts

SKILLS

• Understand basic project management principles
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to take ownership of jobs/tasks and drive to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Be a Self-Starter who can work independently after proper training and mentorship.
• Outside Plant Experience is not necessary but would be helpful.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· 3+ years of telco related work experience

· 1+ years in a project coordinator or project manager role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
