About the role

Process fuel supplier invoices accurately and on time, with complete supporting documentation. Verify invoices against purchase orders and agreements, ensuring full compliance with policies. Resolve discrepancies and urgent claims swiftly, escalating when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Process fuel supplier invoices accurately and on time, with complete supporting documentation
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and agreements, ensuring full compliance with policies
• Resolve discrepancies and urgent claims swiftly, escalating when needed
• Collaborate closely with Fuel Department and Finance team on pricing and PO matters
• Maintain organized invoice records and provide daily status updates

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and systems (ERP experience a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Good communicator and team player
